Edamame and Hominy

an easy to make dish, tastes great, and you get to eat hominy. you don't do that every day!


1 can yellow hominy
1 can white hominy
15 oz. bag frozen edamame (boil for about 2 min)
1 red pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 jalepeno chopped fine
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tbs lime juice
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
4 tbs salsa
pepper to taste
fresh cilantro as you see fit
